Here is an interesting article that addressed barriers to personalized learning and how they may be resolved. In my Lights Academy leadership I have been mostly free to proceed with a personalized learning approach with my students. However, as traditional classrooms become more challenged to embrace personalized approaches that support the unique God-given interests and talents of each individual, these ideas may be helpful in supporting personalized plans.
If you haven't yet challenged yourself to provide a more personalized approach to learning in your classroom, I encourage you to consider this as a way to honor God's gift of each student to us as teachers.
