That is a danger for any of us in the fast-paced and intense profession of teaching. Perhaps 2015 is the year for you to actively seek out new learning and educational research.

Improve as a practitioner in the coming year. Then, share your learning with others through a blog, social media, or simply with your colleagues in the faculty lounge.
